  • Follow Through on leave and attendances requirement
  • Draft and issue standard employee letter
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Assist with recruitment activities and coordination
  • Assisting in the planning of company events
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee Benefits and other HR-related matters
  • Be responsible for collecting/collating absence records

Candidates Profiles

  • Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Part qualified in diploma or certificate course related to HR
  • A fast Learner with positives attitudes
