Responsibilities
- Updating company Databases by inputting new employees contact information and employment detail.
- Follow Through on leave and attendances requirement
- Draft and issue standard employee letter
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Assist with recruitment activities and coordination
- Assisting in the planning of company events
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee Benefits and other HR-related matters
- Be responsible for collecting/collating absence records
Candidates Profiles
- Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Part qualified in diploma or certificate course related to HR
- A fast Learner with positives attitudes
